Overall it was a good experience. Set you own pace, good advice and good example scenarios. The more difficult modules for me were the medidcations and math. Which he said it would be for most so it took more time. For the medication names I’m looking for some matching games instead of flash cards, might have to make my own at home. I did enjoy the one crossword puzzle in the beginning of the course it was good practice. With the math word problems, I feel like seeing example objects could have helped with understanding it a little better. Only because, I’m someone taking the course with no experience in the work environment. Thank you for giving me the needed knowledge.

The courses were amazing at teaching, and helping learn about pharmacology.

This course has been for the most part straight-forward. You will take the longest on the medication section, don’t let time scare you!!! I was so worried I was focusing on the medications I wouldn’t finish on time, but the other modules aren’t nearly as overwhelming as all of the medications. Very optimistic about taking the PTCE after completing this whole course!

Good information recommend for other people

I really appreciate the way the course is broken down. It gives you a chance to follow and break down what you are learning. It allows you to take your time to understand what you’re learning and to put into memory. The instructor is a real person you can speak and interact with as much as needed. Answers questions quickly if you have them. The weekly virtual session is a great way to interact with the instructor and others taking the course as well.

The only issue I had was using the flash cards in the materials, I could never get it mine to work. I’m sure it was user error.

All said and done, your given all the information needed to pass the PTCE.

This course was very helpful and descriptive. It helps that the course is taught from the very basics so anyone can take it and learn.

the guy from the videos is very encouraging and good at explaining the material. the program is organized and well put together. except one thing, when i bought it i did not know i had to finish it in 6 months. idk if i saw it and forgot or it was not shown. so just a more obvious statement saying it is only open for 6 months. overall really cool program.

This course helps immensely for people trying to get this certification.
