This course covered a wide variety of material well, and without losing focus on the information most crucial in the pharmacy workplace. What truly makes it outstanding however is the level of care by the instructors. After every completed module I got emails checking in, and on top of the standard course materials there were weekly posted reviews. Thank you for everything Dr. Emmel!

I really liked this training because I was able to work at my own pace. I like how I can return to past chapters to study.

This course was easy to understand and go through, I learned so much through the days and wrote notes and much more abt this career and what’s it like and much more, 100% would do it again lol and yeah it’s fun and easy.

The material is perfect for the examination, it includes everything which is required to study for this exam.

I like the way course is designed and given all the required details for each and every modules.

This course was very easy to follow and provided all the resources necessary in preparing for the PTCE. I especially appreciate all the flashcards and slide materials included in each chapter and how the top 200 drugs were nearer to the beginning of the course than the end.

The course is extremely informative and gives so much important information. I’ve taken other courses in the span of my career as a pharmacy technician, and without a doubt, this is far superior, and I feel much more prepared to take my PTCE. My previous course only very briefly touched on the top 200 drugs, whereas this one gives comprehensive information on them. I love that there is a video of the instructor as well as slides to go along with the lecture. It makes taking notes and studying much easier.

The extra material that is required reading and preferred reading, only found to be somewhat helpful. If you want a lot of extra work that gives a little more than what the instructor is giving you, then it may be right for you, but I found that I didn’t really need it to perform well on the tests.

The Pharmacy Math portion, I wish he would have spent more time on and done more examples working through with us, as I am terrible at math and needed more help and instruction on this section. The required reading did not help me, as I need to see it and hear it being performed in person, rather than just looking and reading it in a book.

Overall, I thought that he spent a good amount of time covering the material in order to prepare me for the exams. Only a few times did I feel rushed. As I mentioned before, The slides are so helpful. and a visual and auditory learner, I got the material in both ways and it just helped to cement it in my memory.
