I didn’t know exactly what to expect when I was looking at different pharmacy tech courses. I was surprised by how engaged the instructor was in this course. I had frequent dialogue, both in real time/talking out loud during online meetings, and by writing messages through the course messaging system, with the instructor. He responded to everything with kindness, professionalism, and punctuality. I felt like the course material was well structured as well, so you could get a good understanding of the material without having to talk to the instructor if you don’t prefer to have to “speak in class” so to say, but if you ever do have a question, I was very impressed with how available the instructor was.

I appreciated how well organized and helpful this site was. It’s very straight forward and simple to figure out.

The instructor was very descriptive of important terminology mentioned in the video. I also felt like the quizzes do a good job emphasizing what information you need to know in order to be prepared for the PTCE.
