The course is very informational some of them are very long but you get through it I feel like I am prepared to take the certification exam

I’ve taken the six months to complete this course, mainly due to personal time constraints. The self pacing aspect of this is one of it’s biggest strengths compared to a traditional class, allowing it to easily fit into any free time you have. While it provides a lot of information, sometimes it’s a bit too much, and sometimes it’s lacking. The math section is one of those areas where the questions asked have variations that are not explained during the initial lecture, leading to confusion.

I’d say it’s worth buying, but you cannot rely on the course alone.

As someone who is going into their P1 year, I think that this course has amazing prerequisites information and allows me to work at a pharmacy to get ahead

It was a great experience doing online Pharmacy Tech. classes. The presentation was good although this is a refresher course for me I learned more about the Pharmacy Tech. duties and responsibilities also with medications. Dr. Emmel keep checking on me from time to time and I really appreciate that. I will highly recommend this to my friends.

I have worked in a pharmacy before as a technician which helped with knowing some of the medications but this course has been way more informative to learn what is actually going to be on the cPhT. Having access to the Pharm library has been a huge plus after watching the chapter videos and reviewing the flashcards. A suggestion for the Medication tab would be to add a speaking voice or some type of AI voice to pronounce the generic and brand names. Even though I made my own flashcards with another app that had the translations voice, it would be nice to have one while using this website. Other than that, I truly enjoyed the course and learned a lot. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to become a pharmacy technician. Lastly, the price is a huge deal compared to the surrounding community colleges and you can do it on your own time!

I didn’t know a lot about pharmacology when i started this course I believe this has truly helped me with my understanding. I have learned so much and I am grateful to use this to start my career.

Simply this course was amazing where it is designed in an easy to follow approach.

Personally, I prefer that long lectures be substituted by shorter ones.

Also, there is a couple of lectures that are harder than others as chapters 1 and 4 in the Federal requirements module.

As I can’t thank you enough Dr. Emmel for your time and continuous follow up on our progress throughout the entire course.

I recommend this PTCB Recognized Education Program to everyone. It is very easy to follow and the instructor is there with you going over each slide. There are lots of material you need to learn so it can be a little challenging if you have not been exposed to the pharmacy world. I would take good notes and do practice on math problems.
